Things that will never die: Jazz, Funk, Michael Jackson and Disco! Of course this is just a personal opinion, but it is my strong belief, especially with funk, that these genres (yes, MJ is a genre now) will never cease to exist. But one that has recently gained new life is Disco. This new generation of Disco comes with more Electro-ey bass lines and sicker sounding synths (tri-S I call it).
This ‘Nu-Disco’ has been coming heavy from France recently and a now have their newest prodigy who is surprisingly still in his teens. He just put up a video demonstrating his prodigal abilities in stunning fashion. It’s a live mashup of all the latest tracks and some classics.
